And as I have again missed dinner, the hunger was unbearable now. Looked around and saw bread..how long it have been staying away from me. Anyways, searched some more; got cheese.
And its the Sauce Butter, Cheese sandwich time.
So here is the main story begin about 3 layered sandwich. Got tomato and onion from mess.
Layer 1 :: Grated Cheese
Layer 2 :: Onion + Tomato slices
Layer 3 :: Namkeen + Butter (weird combination, give it a try; will like anything when you are hungry)
Cooked on electric room heater. Thanks to the neighbour room-mate as I he provided me with sandwich cooking thing. Don't know the exact word, what do you call a sandwich maker which uses LPG to cook. Cooked for precisely 3 mins. Served with tomato sauce. Sprinkled beforehand with MDH Chat Masala.
The feeling of eating that was like heaven. Listening to "Comfortably Numb" and "Shine on you Crazy Diamond".
For past few days, the interest in cooking as been getting a toll of me. In last sem, I started cooking in hostel. At home it was Ok. But the messy mess has forced me to took this step.
Will share more experiences with more new recipes.
